Australia Post Shipping

We use Australia Post standard shipping. We do not offer express postage because it is considerably more expensive and may only arrive one day earlier.

We find Australia Post a reliable company to use. We have never lost a parcel, and shipping times are generally fast.

Fast Dispatch

We aim to pack and dispatch every order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before midday South Australian time will usually be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the following day. Australia Post tracking notifications will be sent to you.

Our stainless steel cookie cutters are individually wrapped in tissue paper, labelled and protected with bubble wrap to help ensure they arrive safely.

Unfortunately, we do not offer pickup or click-and-collect service for our cookie cutters.
